POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Outreach Benefit Advisor, you will be instrumental in driving patient growth and expanding market reach by developing strategic B2B partnerships with healthcare providers, unions, and referral networks. Your role blends sales, marketing, and community engagement, ensuring a comprehensive approach to increasing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and converting them into patients. By effectively communicating the benefits of the EEOICPA program, you will guide potential claimants through the eligibility process, secure service agreements, and manage necessary documentation.
To maximize census growth and attract active White Card holders, you will collaborate strategically with B2C advisors and operational teams, aligning outreach efforts with broader organizational objectives. Additionally, you will take the lead in building and managing referral networks, onboarding and training new partners, and fostering long-term B2B relationships that drive sustained growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and expand referral networks.
2. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, unions, and community leaders to drive patient growth.
3. Onboard and train new healthcare partners to strengthen referral networks and improve patient access.
4. Monitor sales and outreach performance metrics, tracking engagement and optimizing lead generation strategies.
5. Deliver presentations and educational activities to enhance B2B client relationships and establish our company as a trusted resource.
6. Generate and convert high-quality leads by educating potential patients on EEOICPA benefits and guiding them through eligibility.
7. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to enrollment, ensuring compliance with company policies and HIPAA.
8. Attend appointments (in-person, online, phone), making outbound calls, and tracking leads within CRM tools to maximize conversions.
9. Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and outreach initiatives to strengthen engagement and credibility.
10. Collaborate with B2C advisors and operational teams to align outreach strategies and increase census growth.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position requires traveling between locations in your personal vehicle and potentially by plane.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, with a strong track record of success in both telephone-based and in-person sales.
2. Proficient in CRM systems, call center technology, and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to manage and track leads efficiently.
3. Experience in marketing, event planning, or public relations, capable of delivering compelling messages across various settings and audiences.
4. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to different team dynamics and business needs.
7. Passionate about community engagement, committed to making a positive impact through outreach initiatives.
8. Analytical and data-driven, leveraging insights to optimize outreach efforts, increase conversion rates, and meet monthly sales quotas.

WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to maintain focus and work efficiently at a computer terminal for extended periods.
2. While fulfilling job responsibilities, the employee will regularly engage in various activities including standing, sitting, speaking, listening, and using hands and fingers for computer and telephone operation, typing, reaching, stooping, and kneeling.
3. Specific vision abilities necessary for this role involve close vision due to extensive computer use.
4. The position entails meeting deadlines and achieving goals, which may result in elevated stress levels.
5. The role may involve home visits, standing, walking, and substantial telephonic and face-to-face communication.
6. Minimal lifting of office records and printed materials is required.
